“Steinfeld” is a vacation apartment with 38 square meters of living space and a south-facing flowered terrace with a table and sunbeds. The entrance is a friendly, small veranda with two cozy fauteuils and a table. The floor is made of high quality Solnhofer natural stone. The veranda leads to the bedroom, which is decorated in light colors. A small kitchen including a minibar refrigerator is available. The bathroom has a washbasin, shower, toilet and washing machine. Adjacent to the bathroom is a second small bedroom with a view of the green meadow. “Steinfeld” is well suited for up to two adults and one child. Bringing pets is not permitted in Studio “Steinfeld”.

“Emma” has a living space of 59 square meters. It convinces with a south-facing, idyllic terrace with a view into the orchard. Bright and cozy presents the large veranda flooded with light, a 20 square meter living room with oak floors and modern, fully equipped kitchen. Emma has a spacious bedroom with two box-spring beds and a second small bedroom, furthermore a bathroom with washbasin, shower, washing machine and spatially separated WC. The vacation apartment can accommodate three people. It can be connected with the apartment Rüdiger via a double door and then has room for up to seven people. “Emma” is the name of this vacation apartment in memory of Emma Tranquillini, the grandmother of the current owner.
On the terrace there is a granite bathtub with an outdoor shower, and a little further away a brick garden barbecue. Bringing pets is not permitted in apartment “Emma”.

With 67 square meters of living space, the “Rüdiger” is the largest unit in Villa Tranquillini. In front of the entrance there is a nature garden with outdoor shower, granite bathtub and a tall garden fountain made of corten steel. The entrance leads to a cozy veranda, which is a small living room with carefully restored ear fauteuils from grandfather’s time very cozy. From there you enter a spacious bedroom with two box spring beds that promise the highest sleeping comfort. Old furniture provides subtle flair from past times in this unit. The bathroom is fully equipped with a washstand, bathtub, shower, separate toilet and washing machine. The vacation apartment is very suitable for up to four people.The apartment is named after the architect Rüdiger J. Walter, who acquired and extended Villa Tranquillini in 1917. The apartment can be connected with the apartment Emma and the Studio Steinfeld via two double doors. Bringing pets is not permitted in apartment “Rüdiger”.

Villa Tranquillini has a living area of 164 square meters. “The whole villa” has six bedrooms with ten beds and can be rented for a night, a weekend or a whole month. The architect villa is equipped with furniture from the good old days and with modern interior. Fine floors and soft, light colors create a friendly, calm atmosphere. The traditionally designed terraces and green meadows offer a pleasant atmosphere from morning till evening, with sun and shade as you like (or where the sun is shining). A brick garden barbecue is available, as well as sunbeds, two granite bathtubs and open-air showers. The house has been a prestigious place of meeting and cultural exchange for over a hundred years. Bringing pets is not permitted in the Villa Tranquillini.
