The Linden tree Garden Loft is a 58-square-metre modern structure made of cosy solid wood that seems to hover a good three metres above the orchards of Gut Guntrams and, like the neighbouring Apricot Garden Loft, can be reached via an elegant open staircase. It consists of a modern styled living room with a floor-to-ceiling glass front that opens onto a south-facing loggia – the view of organic farm and a mighty old Linden tree is unique. The bedroom and bathroom overlook the panorama of the Vienna Alps. Two box spring beds provide the best sleeping comfort. The bathroom has a double washbasin with many storage compartments, a large shower and a separate WC. The furnishings are elegant in the style of a modern designer flat. The three rooms are cooled or heated via the floor and gentle ventilation, depending on the season. Tip: An additional bed in the living room can be opened with a flick of the wrist. Thus, the garden loft is suitable for up to four people. Pets are not permitted in the Garden Loft “Linde”.

The “Marille” (Apricot) Garden Loft is a 57-square-metre modern structure made of cosy solid wood that seems to hover a good three metres above the orchards of Guntrams Estate and, like the neighbouring “Linde” Garden Loft, can be reached via an elegant open staircase. It consists of a modern styled living room with floor-to-ceiling glass front that opens onto a south-facing loggia and offers beautiful views of the estate’s apricot garden. The bedroom and bathroom overlook the panorama of the Vienna Alps. Two box-spring beds provide the best sleeping comfort, the bathroom has a double washbasin with many storage compartments, a large shower and a separate WC. The furnishings are elegant in the style of a modern designer suite. The three rooms are cooled or heated via the floor and gentle ventilation, depending on the season. An additional bed in the living room can be opened with a flick of the wrist. Thus, the Garden Loft is suitable for up to four people. Pets are not permitted in the Garden Loft “Marille”.

With 66 square metres, the “Eiche” (Oak) is the largest of the three Garden Lofts. Like “Linde” (Linden tree) and “Marille” (Apricot), it is built of cosy solid wood. People who do not want to (or cannot) climb stairs can reach the “Eiche” via a small ramp. Unlike the other Garden Lofts, the “Eiche” (Oak) consists of a single large room; it is divided into three areas in the middle by a striking piece of furniture. Here the ceiling, which is a good three and a half metres high, comes into its own particularly impressively. The living room is elegantly furnished with designer furniture in dark leather, the floor-to-ceiling glass front opens onto a loggia with a view of a huge old oak tree, the landmark of Guntrams Estate. Large box-spring beds provide the best sleeping comfort, the bathroom has a double washbasin with many storage compartments, shower and separate WC. The loft is cooled or heated via the floor and gentle ventilation, depending on the season. With a flick of the wrist, an additional bed can be opened up in the living area. Thus, the Garden Loft is suitable for up to four people. Pets are not permitted in the Garden Loft “Eiche”.
